Initiate Request
Log into your KINETIC account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping labels are visible.
Quality Inspection
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
